Ten new buggies have arrived at Lakeside Lodge Golf & Country Club. They are powered by the latest lithium batteries and are fitted with GPS tracking and distance displays. They replace half of the previous, ageing fleet with another ten scheduled for replacement in Spring 2021.

Managing Director Ian Abdee said “This is just the next stage in our program to update and improve the facilities and equipment at Lakeside Lodge. We are currently updating the course automatic irrigation system and resurfacing the buggy paths with the help of a grant from the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority. Further upgrades are either in progress or in the pipeline as part of our ambition to make Lakeside Lodge the premiere golf and leisure facility in the region”.  If you want to be part of this exciting project, golf and health club memberships are available by calling 01487 740540.
